IBMA is a weeklong musical frenzy of epic proportions, taking over a whole city and bringing people together in the spirit of bluegrass. We think this year’s was the best yet! We kicked off the week in style with Jim Lauderdale at the Governor’s Mansion, had a few awesome showcases, played the streefest and made the news on WRAL TV, and sold out the Pour House! Oh, and we happened to meet Jon Fishman of Phish so ya we feel pretty darn good right now... Thanks to International Bluegrass Music Association, World of Bluegrass, PineCone - Piedmont Council of Traditional Music, and the city of Raleigh for all their hard work!! We also had the opportunity to chat with journalist Derek Halsey for an article featured on Grammy.com! Derek sat down with Jesse for a quick chat after a packed performance at the City Plaza stage early Friday evening.

There's only a few more Fireside shows left in 2019 but make sure to follow us on all of our social media outlets as we've got some exciting news coming up. We look forward to seeing you all down the road, keep your love lights on and your campfires burnin'!!

Click the link below to hear “She Was an Angel,” recorded at Echo Mountain Recording Studios, produced by Travis Book (Infamous Stringdusters) and released on our new label, Mountain Home Music Company. ⚡️ https://clg.lnk.to/wc2bx3lN ⚡️ "She Was an Angel’ is a song about losing someone you love and seeing them fall into a bad crowd. On the surface, it deals with the emotional repercussions of watching someone sliding down a troubled path. It also explores the feelings of being rejected and left behind, while also hoping for some intervention or circumstance where the one who’s leaving realizes they are on a dark path and turns it around. The music begins as a contemporary bluegrass song which takes a sudden journey into unknown territory during the bridge. The bridge is supposed to serve as the symbolic struggle of the lost lover, and eventually culminates in the realization that it’s time to move on.” — Jesse Iaquinto, vocalist and mandolinist Follow us on Spotify and Apple Music to hear this single and more!! 🔥🔥🔥 The Fireside fam is extremely excited to announce that we have officially partnered with Mountain Home Music Company, a premier record label in the world of bluegrass!

Thank you to all the new fans and old friends who came out to support us on this epic run! We're also excited to be working with New Frontier Touring out of Nashville, TN.
