As the leaves began to fall and the busy season came to an end, the band decided it was high time for a retreat in the woods. We found ourselves an old Farmhouse in Marshall, North Carolina and spent a few days writing, jamming and connecting with the mountains. The foundation for Fireside's next studio album was formed and the gates for exploration were flung wide open! We also took some time to celebrate a year full of new places, familiar faces and unforgettable shows. In addition, we wanted to honor our family and crew members who are integral to the Fireside family and keep the fire burning. It was a blast! Needless to say, we are excited to get back on the road and share this new music with everyone. We have an exciting schedule to finish out the year including a tour with our friends from Armchair Boogie and a show on December 30th with the Infamous Stringdusters.
Here's a look at our tour with Armchair Boogie: 12/1 - St. Louis, MO // Off Broadway 12/2 - Peoria, IL // Kenny's Westside 12/3 - Columbia, MO // The Blue Note 12/6 - Nashville, TN // Analog at Hutton Hotel 12/7 - Newport, KY // Southgate House Revival 12/8 - Columbus, OH // Woodlands Tavern 12/9 - Peninsula, OH // The GAR Hall 12/10 - Grand Rapids, MI // The Listening Room After that, we'll be performing at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday December 18th as part of the Holiday Hootenanny.
